Yzill offers free Second Class Signed For Delivery to inside United Kingdom.
Products which are “in stock” will be delivered inside the UK within 1- 5 working days and the EU within 7-10 business days and outside the EU within 14-20 business days.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and should only be regarded as a guideline. Yzill cannot be held responsible for delays when the estimated delivery dates are exceeded by the delivery firm.
Shipping prices are as follows:

Custom duties and taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. We do provide a click and collect service.
Can I change/cancel my order once placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.

Can my parcel be redirected?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Can I delivery to a PO Box Address?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Yzill order and that all our orders require a signature for delivery.

Do I need to sign for my Parcel?
For security purposes, all Yzill deliveries require a signature. All mainland UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
Free Shipping?
We offer Free Standard delivery to all UK mainland customers with the exception of Northern Ireland within 5-7 working days.
We offer free International delivery on all orders above $200 (USD).
